During her two decades in the industry she has touched every aspect of marketing communications across consumer packaged goods, retail, finance, restaurant and technology companies. Beth Ann has led TracyLocke’s transformation into what we call Buy Design which has landed us in the top five of shopper marketing agencies for the past five years running. She is a thought leader in this area writing articles, publishing white papers, speaking at conferences and consulting with clients.
Jim is devoted to building and growing the TracyLocke brand into a global marketing powerhouse. His passion and drive has helped diversify TracyLocke from an iconic southwest ad agency to a dynamic shop that lives at the center of major client’s integrated marketing initiatives. Since he was promoted to CMO, TracyLocke has added blue chip brands like HP, T-Mobile, WISK, Gatorade, Tropicana and Clorox. Looking ahead, his charge is to take TracyLocke Shopper Marketing global. Before joining TL, he worked at J. Walter Thompson, Ketchum and The Richards Group. During that time he helped launch the Japanese luxury car segment with Acura, convinced America that the lowly catfish is really a gourmet food and helped create and launch the Chick-fil-A Eat Mor Chickin Cow campaign. Since 1998, he has called TL his career home where he managed just about every division of the Pepsi business before being named CMO in 2009. Jim and his family live in the beautiful Berkshire mountains of Western Massachusetts.
