    If he can fight communism, then you can fight for good creative.

    In this business we take the day-in, day-out work very seriously; rightly so, there's a lot on the line. However, do we really appreciate the effect we can have when we stick our neck out? even just a little?

    In the documentary "Ai Weiwei: Never Sorry", we see Ai Weiwei challenge the system in communist China. An honest look at the realities of courage and pushing convention. And he didn't have to; he simply felt compelled to.

    Oh, and then there's his relentless use of social media and the power it creates.

    Is he successful? You be the judge. But you can't help but wonder if in your own little spot in this world are you doing enough to challenge convention and make a difference. We all have the tools; we just have to decide to use them.
