By accessing any part of the Website, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions in full, regardless of whether or not you choose to register as a member on the Website. Whilst Tracy-Locke endeavors to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, it shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reasonable cause.

You acknowledge that whilst Tracy-Locke endeavors to ensure that information on the Website and any related material provided to you by Tracy-Locke, whether by email or otherwise (the "Tracy-Locke Materials") is accurate and complete, it is provided only for general information, is not intended to address your particular requirements and does not constitute any form of advice or recommendation by Tracy-Locke. You acknowledge that the Tracy-Locke Materials should not be relied upon by you in making (or refraining from making) any specific investment or other business or personal decisions and acknowledge that professional advice should be obtained before making any such decision. 4. Use of Software

Copyright in any software made available for download from the Website and/or the Tracy-Locke Materials belongs to Tracy-Locke or its suppliers. Use of such software is governed by the applicable license agreement.

5. User Generated Content

Website pages allowing user content are provided for your private, non-commercial exchange of lawful, relevant, fair and appropriate information, opinions and comment. Use inconsistent with these purposes is strictly prohibited.

By submitting content to the Website, you:

• grant Tracy-Locke the right to use such content and all material embodied therein for any purposes including, without limitation, to edit, copy, reproduce, translate, disclose, post and/or remove such content from the Website, and you waive all rights known as "moral rights";
• warrant that content complies with Clause 3.2;

Tracy-Locke may refuse or remove any content at its discretion. Tracy-Locke does not review materials submitted by users unless notified. Objections to content must be submitted using the Website's "Contact Us" information. Tracy-Locke accepts no responsibility for user submissions.

Tracy-Locke will not be liable where no legal duty of care is owed, loss is not reasonably foreseeable, or loss results from your actions. Any liability is limited to USD 500 per event unless otherwise agreed.

12. General

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. These Terms are governed by Maryland law. Claims must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts in Baltimore, Maryland. Each party waives its right to a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by law. Calls to Tracy-Locke may be recorded for training and quality control.

13. Use of AI Assistant on This Website

This Website includes an AI-powered assistant using the OpenAI Assistants API ("AI Assistant"). By using the AI Assistant, you agree that:

• Your inputs may be transmitted to OpenAI solely to generate responses;
• OpenAI does not use API data to train its models;
• OpenAI retains API data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring;
• Tracy-Locke may store interaction history to improve website functionality and user experience;
• You must not submit sensitive, confidential, or regulated information unless necessary;
• AI-generated responses may be incorrect or incomplete and should not be treated as professional advice.

Use of the AI Assistant constitutes acceptance of this section.
