Tracy and Locke may have founded our company, but today, each of us feels as if our name is on the door. That’s because we’ve taken ownership of our future by shaping our agency to be a true reflection of ourselves, our values and our passions.
It is our mission to lead with integrity and create an atmosphere where everyone is comfortable bringing their authentic self regardless of where they are born, who they love, the color of their skin or the gender they identify with. We celebrate our crafts and are committed to creating great work, nurturing every spark of potential that shines within us all. We are all co-founders of TL’s future and we’re shaping it to be a reflection of ourselves.
In addition to Tracy-Locke Cares Week where we come together to do good in our neighborhoods, we are an active ally of the Triangle Community Center supporting our local LGBTQIA+ community, a partner to The Catherine Violet Hubbard Foundation, to spread kindness in memory of a little girl killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting and supporter of the Off The Street Club, Chicago's oldest boys and girls club.
We work to foster a culture of inclusion where everyone is welcome to thrive. Leveraging the experience of our Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at OCG, Kirya Francis, we have created space to celebrate, space to learn, space to be safe, space to be proud because at TL we have space for everyone.
We love what we do and are committed to sharing that passion with the next generation of designers, strategists, thinkers and communicators. Our internships are designed to give you real, hands-on experience working on iconic brands. Just ask any TL’er who started as an intern. Fair warning, there are a bunch!
TL University has educational opportunities for all employees. From Customer IQ webinars to agency inspiration sessions, industry insights to self-directed certifications; learning from the best in the biz is right at your fingers tips.
We encourage all employees to participate in creating a culture that nurtures a fun, lively, and informal atmosphere which helps us be more productive, more creative, and more engaged. This is all part of Belonging@TL. After all, we may take our work seriously, but not ourselves!
We have worked hard to adapt our workplace to be flexible, fair and thoughtful. While the office is open every day, employees are only expected to work on-site 3 days a week. Because sometimes, nothing can replace collaborating with your team in person.
We believe in integrating work and life in service to shared goals. We have created initiatives that help us better achieve quality of work as well as quality of life: robust holiday schedule including several three- and four-day weekends throughout the year and closing the agency between Christmas and the new year, generous vacation policy, lunch-n-learns, listening sessions and a variety of employee resource groups to join.
Industry events and forums are incredible opportunities to learn new perspectives, get inspired, make connections and grow your career. As many of these opportunities are now virtual, we have been able to give more people the opportunity to participate.
